Baby Bears: especially for siblings saying hello and goodbye to a baby brother or sister who doesn’t come home

As we’ve worked with local hospitals we have learned of a need for bears that could be given to siblings. Each Baby Bear comes with a special note to the child, offering understanding and hope in their unique grief. We pray these “Baby Bears” will bring comfort to children in a confusing and painful time as well as offer a tangible connection to the brother or sister who did not come home from the hospital. 

The name for this special sibling bear comes from Noah's big brother, Drew. Drew was 2 when he named a tiny bear he received when Noah was born "Baby Bear".  Drew took Baby Bear everywhere he went for a long long time. We hope these gifts will be as special to the siblings who receive them as the original Baby Bear was to Drew.
